Pete Lawrence and Lizi Sage bring their creative sparks together for a very special Spring Equinox Retreat at the beautiful Trealy Farm, near Monmouth in Wales.

As we emerge from the dark winter, join this creative couple in bringing your own creativity alive. Surrounded by daffodils, rolling Welsh countryside and stunning natural views, we gather to celebrate the return of the light — and the light within ourselves.

Flow is all about finding your creativity, your passion and your flow state.

It's about stepping out of the everyday, creating space to listen to yourself and allowing whatever wants to emerge to have room to breathe.

Over the weekend we'll explore creativity through writing, playful movement, journaling, a tantric heart connection workshop, walking, music and spontaneous expression, alongside deep relaxation and restoration. There'll be sauna and cold plunges in the natural pool, dancing into the evenings, fire circles beneath the stars and the deep resonance of a gong bath.

Pete and Lizi bring two different but beautifully complementary creative energies to the space — Pete through music, words, sound and spontaneous expression; Lizi through tantric embodiment, sound healing and creative exploration.

Together, they'll create a high-frequency space of connection, awareness, play and possibility — inviting you to reconnect with the part of yourself that perhaps got a little quieter over the winter.

This retreat is perfect for those feeling stuck, creatively dormant, in need of a boost, or lost in the liminal space between what was and what comes next.

You might be longing to start something new. You might have an idea that you've been carrying for years. You might simply feel that something inside you is ready to move. Or perhaps you just need some time away from the noise of everyday life to breathe, feel, play and reconnect.

There is no requirement to be an artist, musician or writer. Your creativity doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs space to emerge.

Accommodation & Catering

We are held within the stunning natural setting of Trealy Farm, a retreat farm in Monmouthshire, Wales. Not too far from the main highway, but with a real feel of the remote. With a natural pool and sauna in the gardens, fields and woodlands to explore surround us. Trealy Farm is a working, holistic farm, with its own herd of horses. The accommodation is a mixture of single occupancy and shared accommodation, with farm house rooms, a Barn Stay room and wild nature pods, log houses, and a cute shepherd's hut. So, book with a friend to share a log house or Barn Stay — or have your own sacred space in one of the cosy farm house rooms or wild garden pods.

Expect great food, beautiful company, nourishing surroundings and a wonderful blend of spontaneous energy and deep relaxation. We will eat a buffet-style co-created breakfast together, then a homemade lunch and dinner, created by our experienced retreat chef. The evenings are relaxed, sharing a glass of wine, or a herbal tea and some musical blends in the pavilion or the farmhouse by the fire.
